This grant generates funds for a Geriatric Care Management emphasis in the Gerontology program; the proposal was fully funded. |

For the San Francisco Chronicle, he developed new sets of sports statistics analyzing past and future performance of sports teams. Known as "The Numbers Doctor," Hugo analyzed and accurately predicted the outcome of athletic events. |
